CONTACT

With over 20 years of experience as an abstract painter and more than a decade as an educator, I have exhibited my work both domestically and internationally. My paintings challenge traditional notions of value and historical worship; currently working on an ongoing series entitled Disrupted Divinity, which serves as visual commentary on humanity's treatment of our planet. Professionally, I leverage a fusion of creativity, learning design and pedagogical expertise, fostering an environment that nurtures innovation and critical thinking. As a Ph.D. in Humanities/Art History, focusing on early modern abstract artist Hilma af Klint, I merge my passion for art with science and spirituality. In my art history research, I address the pressing need to elevate the voices of underrepresented artists whose contributions have often been overlooked within the dominant narrative, adopting an inclusive approach that amplifies the perspectives of marginalized artists and explores diverse artistic expressions across different cultural contexts and historical periods. Please feel free to contact me for inquiries, to schedule a studio visit, to explore collaboration opportunities or learn more about my research.
